Parking

When booking, please provide detailed parking information. If there is no free parking within walking distance, the parking fee will be added to the treatment cost.


Cancellation

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. When a cancellation occurs under 24hrs therapists lose income and need to receive compensation for the time they have set aside for you. Thank you for your understanding.

Locations

Inner City Sydney and Eastern suburbs. If you are outside of these locations but would like to book please send a booking request and we can discuss your options.

How will this massage be conducted?

Your therapist will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the massage to allow time to setup and fill out your pre-treatment form.


How do I pay for the treatment on the day?

You can pay with bank transfer or cash provided you have the exact amount.


Can I claim mobile massage on my health fund?

if you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund to check eligibility.

Please note we do not offer on the spot rebates. You will be emailed a receipt which you can then claim yourself.

Do you do last minute appointments

Yes, depending on availability. Booking at least 24-48 hours prior is recommended.

Do you provide couples massage?

No, however you are welcome to book multiple treatments consecutively.


When can I book a mobile massage?

We are open 7 days a week – 8am-8pm.

How do I book?
